Canon MG6200 Prints Extra Cyan Stripe Throughout Prints

I have a Canon MG6200 and just recently I have started to get horizontal Cyan stripes throughout my prints. I have done all of the usual maintenance, nozzle cleans and auto and manual head alignments, but nothing changes. See also top Cyan section on test print.
