Canon MG6850 Error B203

Hi, I recently got the error 203 on my Canon printer model MG6850.

After watching some videos and reading some guide, I realized that the problem is the print head and it should be replaced.
Is this right?

Is it the right print head for my model?
Because I've seen other print heads with the same code qy6-0082 that cost less but there's write in the description "only black text function" like this one:

I guess this isn't the right component for my printer that has instead 5 colors.

That seems the same as the first I posted and costs less but I don't see any references to the model MG6850 in the description.

Which one should I buy?

In the end I bought a new multicolor printhead with the code qy6-0082.

Fortunately, the piece was right and the error seems fixed
