Canon MX452 Printer / Not 50% ??

Tried going through the Canon Support a Help Line, to No Avail... On one side the Printer will take a Command from an iPad with no problems and the Page comes out as one would expect... Now on the other side , while physically standing at the Printer and wishing to Photo Copy a Page ... Printer will take the Command give off all the relevant noises but Spit out a Blank Piece of Paper.. Also on this side screen reads a Black Ink low on Ink, that part has to be a glitch as I just replaced the cartridges not to long ago, we don't do any excessive Printing. (screen does not read Low On Ink when taking Command from ipad) What could be the Problem , Help & Ideas Appreciated ... Cheers Thanks..
