Canon Pixma G2012 Printing issue

I am getting ink dots in every photo I print. (I am pretty sure that, they are not dots as in 'dpi' in printing) There is no clear colour print coming out of that printer. I have tried all settings such as colour, contrast, print quality, paper type, but the problem still persists. Please help me.
