Hello, I am new to the forum This is my first post to say hello to everyone, I have had several printers over the year but the last 4 or 5 only been using Canon. At present, I am having a problem with Pixma G5050 ink pads are almost full and need service. with my other printer G3501 there is a simple sequence to reset the ink pad counter, but I have tried several searches including YouTube which usually has the answer but with no luck Does anyone know the reset sequence for Canon Pixma G5000 series printers?
Hope someone can help.
