Hello,
I have a Canon PIXMA iP5000.
When I print in GRAYSCALE in duplex mode, text looks good but pictures/figures/diagrams are printed with white lines between them (the printer skips lines). When I print the same document normally in GRAYSCALE (without duplex) everything looks fine.
When I print in color duplex or no duplex, I get streaks everywhere (not ink streaks but the printer skips lines and leave a white streak)
I've put in new inks, cleaned the printer head manually and even did bottom plate cleaning but there is no improvement on printer quality.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
