Hi all,
Hoping to get some advice with a banding issue I'm getting on some prints from my IX6860 (see the attached file for an example).
Basically there are horizontal lines through some prints where the colour looks faded. Oddly, it always seems to occur in roughly the same place near the bottom of the page.
A while back, this would occur intermittently but only on black ink, however recently it has started occurring on coloured ink also. It's easy to replicate, but doesn't happen with every print.
So far I've tried;
- Replacing the ink
- Cleaning the printer
- Aligning print heads
- Nozzle check
- Tried printing with "Prevent Paper Abrasion" ticked (apparently that can help), this did make a minor difference but didn't resolve it completely.
The paper I'm using is a Museo art card, these have printed very well up until recently when this problem started to occur.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
