Hi, I hope someone can help. I have a Canon Pixma MG6850 which has been working fine except now, no matter what I put on the platen to scan, the same document comes out, one I tried to scan onto my husband's PC a week ago. This document appears whether I scan straight onto a PC (via wifi) or via email. I have tried clearing the print queues (there was nothing in them), I have tried rebooting all three machines. The software is up to date on all of them. Why does this document keep coming out? Printing documents from Word seems to be unaffected. It's in warranty and Canon suggest sending it for repair but the Canon-approved repairer suggests going back to Canon as it's a software problem, so I am stuck, Any help gratefully received!
