My Canon Pixma mx490 printer keeps crushing paper. It starts feeding and immediately gets pulled in unevenly, which causes it to jam. I cannot print or fax. When it jams, the display tells me that a paper is stuck and that I should clear it. When I do, it tells me to press OK and that it’s printing areport. Immediately afterwards, even with no paper inside, it starts beeping and telling me that again the paper is jammed! I have shaken it to see if anything is stuck inside, to no avail. So far no blog has offered a solution.
