Printer error where:CNBJNP-180CACF8BD17
Unable to print and keep getting this message.
Can someone help me with this please?

If you are using Linux or Mac you can get the error log here: /var/log/cups/error_log
Windows I dont know use google.
From the log you should be able to see enough info to head you in the right direction.

Hi did you find the error log? Did you sort it?

My previous Linux printer was a Brother MFC-J480DW which was an excellent printer, but refillable ink after a few years did its head in. I purchased last week because they were on special $US70 a Canon MB2160 which seems to be an excellent printer, but like the Brother it lacks extra paper trays although the existing one holds a decent 200 pages.
