Canon Printer printing miniature printouts!!??

Canon Printer 3100 serial no: LGWA75829

has suddenly started printing out miniature versions of what I need
should be full screen - have fooled about with fit to screen button etc

the form should be A4 but appears as big as half the size of an A5 divided horizontally

am not a total muppet with techno stuff but this has got me baffled

Really appreciate any suggestions - reluctant to just buy a new one
because I can't figure it out

Simply You can change the command of printer a5 to a4. then you restart the printer. then its works prop[erly. It is good method when your printer did not work.
