Hello,
I am hoping someone can help me with this. My Canon TM-200 is feeding too much paper before actually printing what the actual graphic. I'm using a 24" roll.
Example: I'm trying to print a 4" h x 8" w graphic, and it feeds about 20" of paper before printing the graphic. I've tried setting up the page as 4" high x 24" wide, and it's still feeding too much paper.
I'm printing directly from Illustrator. If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated. I've wasted so much material.
