I am ready to pull my hair out! I printed a photo, there were black parts missing in lines or just chunks. I did the cleaning in the settings, I even took out the heads manually and cleaned them with water. I did a nozzle check print, and it is fine. Yet the photo remains with black lines and black is missing. What else could it possibly be???

what paper are you using, the reason I ask is, have you tried matt or gloss paper if you using normal 80gsm paper you are not going to get a very good result, not a great image, but it looks like the nozzle check is perfect.
How are the ink cartridge ink levels? especially the thin black as this is the photo black cartridge(bk)
