Canon TR7620 ink replacement

I have a Canon TR7620, about 4 months old. BK neded replacement. Bought a "compatible" combo set of 5 from Amazon. BK failed to be recognized. Bought another from a different Amazon supplier, same result. Has anyone found a set of 5 cartidges that are really compatible?
