Canon TS5051 Printheads

Hi all,
I have a brand new Canon TS50151, and I have been using the printer for about 2 weeks. Yesterday I tried to print something and was a total disaster. On all the colours were strips of black strips some very thin, some very wide. I have tried everything, deep clean, remove the printheads, clean, install, remove and clean again but no luck. I have attached photos of this problem. Just a heads up I used yellow paper. Any help will be appreciated.
