When I press the on button I get a message code 1240 telling me to raise the screen. I do that and get a message code 1259 telling me the tray is retracted and to open it. I do that and then get the first message again - this process just repeats; I tried a reset - switch off, remove power cable, wait a minute, re-insert, switch on. Scrolled between the two error messages again. I cannot access the normal screen in any way. The printer is not connected to the laptop, which is not switched on
