Having just had a horrible experience with an Epson, and finding out to late that doing their update somehow programmed the printer to be unable to use generic ink. I'm feeling wary. I've never had a problem using generic ink with Canons, but want to make sure before I do this update that it won't cause a problem.
Canon update 3.0 affect generic ink usage?
