Can't connect Epson Artisan 1430 to wifi on iMac

I've got a 2021 iMac running OS 10.13, Ventura and can't get my Epson Artisan 1430 printer connected to my wifi. Here's the latest attempt:


1. Epson connect printer setup in dock, connected via usb, searching for printer... Cannot find the printer.

2. Went to Preferences > Printers & Scanners, EPSON Artisan 1430 is shown as "Idle, default". Clicked on the ">" for more info.

Should "Share this printer on the network" be on?
