Can't connect my epson et 3760 to epson connect services (printer can print through direct network)

Hi people. As you all will know that i joined this forum so that i can take care of my printer. Anyways , i started this thread because there is something wrong with my printer when i try to connect to epson connect services with my epson et-3760. When i try to connect it with the epon connect setup, i shows this error,

and then when i try to connect to epson connect services through my printer, i shows the this error !

Plz tell me any suggestion to fix this error when i try to connect to epson connect services and if possible, plz tell me some instruction by which i would be able to solve the issue and can take advantage of its smart features.
