Can't print in color with RICOH Aficio MP C2500

Hello,

I am on Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan,

I have a RICOH Aficio MP C2500 - when I try to photocopy in color it works.

When I try to print in color from my computer, I check the color mode at all levels it remains in black and white.

I think it's a pilot issue.

Could you help me ?
