Can't print on 13x19 paper with Epson 2870

Can't get either Windows 10 or Epson to recognize 13x19 paper from the rear feeder as an option when trying to print a PDF or .doc file....!! Even Epson app does not recognize this paper size, even though the printer is designed for it. The closest Epson gets is A3. Makes me feel like a moron!

Whoops my bad 7820
I did get it to print jpeg but only A3 size image on the larger paper, and won’t find PDF or docx files when searching in the Epson app
