Cant print to wired ethernet on network

I have a confusing one, so my network has been setup as the following (I have a gateway provided by ISP with 10, 10 gbit ports, I have those ports feeding 10 computers, I have then a Google Mesh router system plugged into a port on the gateway feeding internet to all my wireless devices, I have turned off wifi on the gateway as it sucks, the Canon Pixma 3260 Printer I got is WiFi or USB only I cant plug it in via USB cause nowhere near any computer, so it is connected to the Mesh wifi network and all the devices on the wifi can print, the issue is the devices that are wired directly to the gateway ethernet ports can not even see the printer listed let alone print from it. I can not for the life of me figure out how to get it to print if it is even possible from the wired devices.)
