What worked for me was opening the front cover (where the toner is), then pressing and holding the OK button for about 2 seconds while the cover was still open. The screen showed “Drum Unit,” and then I just pressed the up arrow to reset it. After that, the message disappeared. Just make sure the cover is open the whole time that part’s important. [/QUOTE]
