Can't wirelessly connect

We have a new Brothers HL-L2350DW and I am supposed to connect wireless from my Mac with no software needed.
The printer did not show up in my printer section and so I downloaded the driver from the Brothers site. That did not work either. My husband has a PC and was unable to hook up also.
Any help please.
