Chromebook Printer Problem.....

I have a Samsung Chromebook with a Mifi pocket hotspot.
I now need a printer that needs to be Cloud Ready.
I'm having real trouble as it appears that Wifi printers can't operate with a pocket hotspot.
I've brought 2 printers, the latest being a Canon MG3550 but not compatible as I have no WPS.

Any advice??
