Cleaned drum and printer heads

Any idea what could possibly be causing the attached.

Have an OKI C531dn

First noticed issues with white streaks on anywhere using black toner, just printed off some solid colour sheets now to see if its possible to narrow down the issue.


Any advice would be brilliant.
