Cleaned heads - now not printing :-/

Hi there

I have a Photo 810 Printer. I just cleaned the head manually with distilled water and let it dry overnight.

Installed new carts.

Now it won't print a jot?! When I run the cleaning cycles it pumps the ink out no problems and the peristaltic vacuum sucks copious quantity of ink to the soakaway.

Any ideas?
