Color Laser Jet MFP M283FDW

This printer has a way of feeding and printing multiple pages automatically. When I use this function I get a long black line down each page that prints. I have a neighbor that has the exact same printer and they have exactly the same problem. Does anyone have a suggestion of what I should do?

Sounds like a bug in the manufacturers firmware or printer itself. I rarely recommend this, but have you tried updating firmware?
