I have used my HP9800 for close to 8 years now and it is starting to have issues. I use it for my greeting card, invitation and stationery business. I love-love-love my HP9800!!! I am having difficulty finding an alternate printer with the features of the HP9800. Would love your advice. My needs are:
1. Rich color output and true color reproduction
2. Manual feed slot for heavy card stock (the manual feed helps eliminate paper jams and crinkled paper)
3. Borderless printing
4. Custom and wide format printing including 3" x 5" index cards to panoramic 4" x 9" photos and larger format 13" x 19" paper
5. Ability to print heavy card stock (from 70lb to 100lb) including linen, textured, glossy and matte papers
6. Print true to size (never had issues with HP9800 on centering, margins, etc.)
7. No smudges when printing
