Colors are faded and color streaks appear mixed

Hello,
I have a Hp Laserjet 3800 Laser Printer. I printed 2 pages: Usage Page and Supplies Status Page. You can see the result in the pictures. Colors are faded and color streaks appear mixed. Normally, the Supplies Status Page should look like in the 3rd picture. The cartridges are new. Please tell me the reason. Thank you. I look forward to your response
