My Canon Pixma G1411 has started printing dark pictures with inverted colors in a stripped pattern.
Things like the night sky or a dark sea appear white. I printed a milky way picture fine, then the next one was inverted and every one since. Brighter pictures seem to be ok.
I'm using a windows 11 PC and printing from the photos app or from Nikon NX studio, but tried installing the printer on a laptop with the same results.
I've attached a picture of two printed photos, one with bright colors, which seems fine, and one with dark water where the inverted colors can be seen.
Any ideas about what is happening here?
