Communications Error on Epson 3880

Hi,

I've just tried to send a picture from Photoshop (CC) to my 3880. The paper does its initial draw down and then stops. Back on the PC I get "Communications Error". On the printer I get "Paper Error".

So far I have tried to download the printer driver (v6.63) from Epson but this hasn't got me printing.

My system runs on the latest version of Windows 10.

Any ideas, please?
