Hi All,
I have a Brother DCP-9015CDW printer that has all of a sudden developed a nasty problem.
The unit is about 6 years old and only just half way through its second set of toner so not heavy usage.
One day...for no apparent reason it wouldnt turn on. I checked the web and found a "hint" to remove the power cable from the rear, hold the power button for 30 seconds and jam in the cable. It does turn on with this but it cannot be good for the printer or my patience
Can anyone shed any light on a permanent return to normality?
Thanks so much for any help.
