DCP-J4120DW printing blank

Hi

My printer is printing blank - both from the laptop and copy. I had requested a lot of printing and then it seem to get stuck so I unplugged it and turned it back on and that seem to clear it but now it is only printing blank. So I followed some other advice and reinsstalled all the cartridges and still blank. Any advice?/ TIA
