Hello
We purchased a £4,000.00 printer last year that stated that it had a "DUTY CYCLE of 3000,000 prints a month"
We have been printing 60,000 a month for 6 months then business has picked up and we are now printing 140,000 prints a month. We have been informed that the printer cannot cope with the 140,000 prints a month, can anyone please explain what DUTY CYCLE means if it is not the MAXIMUM prints a month, as we have not reached half way to the 3000,000 prints a month and we are now being told to purchase a printer for £18,000.00 !!!! to replace a printer that is only just a year old!!!
Any help please...
