Keep getting PDL 016-720 error (C2665dnf Color MFP) and then the LCD screen says "JOB CANCELLED". Printer is set as default, drivers are up to date. Printer queue is empty. I can print a test page, and the IP is correct on the wireless printer to computer connection. Called Dell Support & while he tried, he ultimately told me I need to buy a new printer. Here's the issue...why would a TEST PAGE print just fine, but unable to print anything such as a Word, PDF or even email? Is there an actual fix for this issue?
