Hello. I am new to this forum.
I have a printer for my Vista Home Premium, the Dell v725w. It worked at first, but in the last few months it will not print. I can still make copies, but for whatever reason I can't print or scan. Even worse is whenever I click "Use Printer Offline" to turn the on the printer online, instead it states "Printer status Offline-Offline". It says "offline" twice!
When I click again, it goes back to "Use Printer Offline". I cannot turn the printer back online as "Use Printer Online" won't show back up! I also get a message saying that it is a communication error.
I went on other forums to address my problem, but so far, I have had little answers on how to solve my problem.
Can anyone out there help me please? Thanks.
