Hi,
I got an assingnment at work to set up a printer in the company in a way to print in black and white for all and in color for select few. So I want to set up the printer for an easy double-click installation for everyone with no other input from their side or without me going PC to PC setting up the printer with different rigths. The idea was to set up the printer twice (clone it) on one printserver and share one printer with everyone and the other with only some and set different department codes for those two clones. The problem is that when i install one of those printers on any PC from this shared printserver, it has default settings and therefore does not contain the department codes and prints color when it shouldn't.
Anyone knows a way around it or a different approach? Any help appreciated.
Thanks
