Dirty Output FS-1030D Process Unit?

I have cleaned every part of my FS1030D but the out put is still grubby. Not too bad for a quick listing but not good enough to send. Has anyone had experience of this? I don't want to go to the considerable cost of replacing the process unit, after an indicated 7000 copies, if it won't cure the problem.
Any advice please?

There are a lot of issues for you to check. It can be your dirty line printer heads, your paper, your driver or your ink/toner cartridge. Try to check.
