dll registration key issue

Hi,

I am trying to install HP PSC 1400 All-in-one series printer on Windows Vista. Installation is terminating with the registration key issue for the following dll:
- slbcsp.dll
- sccbase.dll
- gpkcsp.dll
- Enum

Please guide how to overcome this problem.
