Does Epson ET-3850 support duplex on 4x6 paper?

Hey all - bought the ET-3850 because it supports duplex, and seemed relatively efficient to run with the ink tanks vs. cartridges. My use-case is printing two-sided 4x6 cards (postcards)

I just tried a few test prints and cannot get it to print duplex on 4x6. I don't actually have any 8.5x11 to test with, so not sure if it's a paper-size limitation or a print setting issue. FWIW, I'm printing from a Mac and have tried both the native and Chrome print dialogs with the same results (except I can't get Chrome to print full-bleed... much less duplex).

So - does this printer actually support 4x6 duplex? Hard to find any specific information online.

Thanks!

Hey Adam,

Unfortunately, the ET-3850 doesn't support duplex printing on 4x6 auto duplex only works with standard sizes like 8.5x11. For smaller sizes like postcards, you’d have to manually flip the paper.

Ran into the same thing myself. Bit of a letdown, tbh.

Cheers!
