My computer, running Windows 10, 64 bit, does not recognize printer MFC J3720 drivers, downloaded and installed. This problem has occurred over the last week. Before that, the printer was working fine. I have uninstalled and re-installed the printer numerous times, but the problem persists. Printing is possible through USB cable, but not over Wi-Fi. Other computers linked to the same printer have no problem at all. Please advise.
