Why does it matter? Printer companies have often merged a series of printers into categories. I've had printers show it's a model up or down internally while the sticker on the cosmetic shell says what it is.

That's OK.but this is customer printer.Any option for reset total page count any software or tool for hp E series printer.any one have idea for reseting total page count.

Now it sounds like you're doing something shifty. You're trying to brand a specific model and different page count for a customer? Again, why is either important? Resetting page count isn't really a thing. You can dial it back by replacing the printhead in some cases.
