I have been trying to print Photos from Publisher. Every time I get pictures where the ink smudges when touched. I have to ignore the Paper Mismatch error to get it to print at all. I have realised that I have to match up the ET3850 Document properties - Paper quality (6 to select from) with the correct Printer paper type (9 to select from on the printer control screen). I know that I must match them up because if I select plain paper from both I get no error message but I have yet to find a combination for photo paper that does not cause the Paper Mismatch error. Is it actually possible to print photos with the Epson 3800?
