Epson 5850 blue ink stopped working

Our office 5850 blue ink stopped working all of a sudden. I have run several print head cleanings and 2 Power cleanings (changed the maintenance box too) with no luck. Is there a way to manually go in and fix this? I feel like it is just clogged. Any help is appreciated ~Rachel
