Epson 6000IV endorsing issues

One of our receipt printers has an issue releasing jobs after running an endorsement through it. You can print 100 receipts in a row and it works fine but after 1 endorsement you will have to restart the printer to get it to print again. I checked the queue and it is holding those jobs as printing. I updated the drivers to the latest version. We are using Windows 10 64 bit. Printing from Incode 10. Any Ideas?
