Epson 7880 crashing internet on Mac 2017 with Mojave

I have an Epson Stylus Pro 7800 which is connected to a 2017 iMac ( using Mojave OS ) and it is connected by ethernet. When the printer is turned on the Mac can not connect to the internet either on Safari or Chrome. Message says that Safari can not connect to server and Chrome is similar.

As soon as I turn the 7800printer off the internet comes back.


Also have an Epson Expression Photo XP 960 which is connected by WiFi and this does not affect the interne at all.

Any ideas what this might be?
