Epson 7900 clogged nozzles

The printer detects that I have clogged nozzles but when I run a nozzle check print it looks fine. I have done automated cleans, powercleans, and even SS cleans but it still says that I have clogged nozzles. I have printed the nozzle ckeck countless times and it looks great. When I do print jobs (20 to 50 at a time) it keeps on trying to clean the nozzles every 4 to 5 prints with a message stating that the nozzles are clogged and cleaning is recommended. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
