Epson 8550 printing 13" problem

Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to print on my new 8550 with 13" luster. I custom made paper size, photo quality and rear feed but when it prints it just prints in letter size. I've tried scale to fit paper size with no avail, just prints in 8.5x11 on my luster. Any advice?

It would help to know how you are printing. For instance, via Photoshop or directly from Windows or Epson utillity.

There are a couple places where size can be impacted.
Make sure that in the printer settings the size is set correctly.
And turn on Print Preview so you can insure visually it is printing at full size.
