I only hear great things about the Epson 8550 however I've seen none of the goodness in it. Mine is horrible. There's lines in the prints, the color is way off. I'm relatively new to all this so I am hoping it is something I am doing wrong. I'm sure it's me I just need help. I paid over $800 for this printer I just want what I paid for. Please help me.
